SHIPPING
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. On average 2-5 business days but it can take longer during busy seasons. Please reach out if you need items by a specific date and we'll do our best to work with you but cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. If we expect to ship your item later than the originally quoted date, we will contact you.
Shipping method
We primarily use USPS First Class for mailing and shipping, which does not include a tracking number. If your order is over $50 and you prefer another method, please reach out to us before ordering.
Estimated shipping times
United States: 2-7 business days
International: 1-4 week or more, it varies by location and time of year.
We cannot guarantee these shipping estimates. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier and may be impacted by worldly circumstances.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Mail items back within: 21 days of delivery
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery. We will initiate the replacement process for the damaged items.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
